Agreed. I love Espy, if given the chance he could be our next Gary Clark. Mix is a great special teamer I haven't seen him as a receiver but my gut tells me he's a sleeper. I love both of these guys.

That's a mighty big statement about Espy. I'm not so sure about that. You're talking about a borderline HOF player in Clark.

What is this guy's problem? You've got a stud young QB w/ a big arm, great football city w/ passionate fans and an offensive coach. I think this guy is just never happy. Or he's knows that Brandon Marshall is going to be the #1 option. Whatever his problem is, I don't want another potential Brandon Lloyd coming here.

i think when healthy, a definate player! however, just have a hard time bringing in another guy from FA to fill in at WR. I think we have to draft a receiver. We have Moss, Randel El, Thrash, Lloyd (until we release him) and the kid Anothy Mix. I like to see us get him more involved next season. the kid is a monster, 6-5 240 and runs pretty good.

I'm with you on Anthony Mix, give the kid a chance. How old is Javon Walker anyway?

The word is "could be", I didn't say he was as good.

NO! No more overpaid, often injured free agents. For some reasons, players think Washington is the place to go to get paid and not perform. Stop the madness.

Javon Walker loves him some Javon Walker. He feels he needs to be #1, and he got edged out in Green Bay, and was outplayed in Denver this year. Marshall, Stokley and Scheffler out played an oft-hurt Walker this year, and he sees the writing on the wall.

He's got potential, but it seems like he's out for "me" and not the team.

Screw him. I prefer an NFL virgin. Maybe not as good at first, but you can develop him, and he's more likely to stay loyal to you.

He's starting to earn that "malcontent" label (not happy with either team he's played for), which may be something this coaching staff would red flag. Especially after going out on a limb for Lloyd.

Not much to add here. He wanted more money in Green Bay, they wouldn't give it to him, he got hurt, begged out and was sent to Denver. The knee injury from Green Bay lingered for the past two seasons and really shut him down for all but the first two games of this year. Now Denver "isn't a good fit". I don't know the whole story, but a big-armed QB, a bonafide young stud WR to take away any double-teams, a running game that produces. My only thought is that he felt he was healthy at the end of the year and just wasn't getting balls thrown his way. So he has two options:

A) Go through the off-season, get totally healthy, develop a rapport with Jay Cutler similar to the one Marshall enjoys, and have a dynamic pass offense in 2008.

B) Whine and complain and try to get traded to yet another team.

The guy chooses option B. No thanks. Plus he carries a big price tag and would require draft pick compensation (Denver gave up a 2nd rounder for him in '06, though I would think it would be more like a 4th and/or 5th this time around).

Forget Javon Walker,... Chad Johnson ! That's it. Chad Johnson will attract the attention Moss, Cooley, Randel El, and Portis can benifit.

Chad Johnson !!!
