It's hard to believe that coming up in February will mark the four year anniversary of me first joining this great community of Redskins fans. I can't stress enough how much I have enjoyed using this forum board to converse amongst some of the most intelligent (and some not so intelligent) fans of this great team.
My question is, with the new era in Redskins Nation about to begin (hopefully Gregg Williams,) will there be any changes to the warpath to signify a new beginning? A new default warpath skin? MattyK legally changing his name to "The Ego"? SmootSmack unveiling his new line of protein shakes and bars? Or, will things stay the same and reflect the hopeful continuity of the team?
I have to say that by looking back on my join date, it appears there was probably one big reason why I became a member here. That was because I was excited to talk about a Joe Gibbs led Redskins team. Now, it's going to sort of be uncharted territory for me to start talking about a Redskins team being lead by another coach, but I promise to remain amongst the most positive and optimistic fans (or as what Offiss would say, cheerleaders) on this board.
I also figured there had to be a thread that doesn't involve indepth coach talk, Jessica Simpson, TO's crocodile tears, and how big people should never wear spandex. And yet, is somewhat relevant to the Washington Redskins.
