Does anyone feel as if the Redskins Organization is dismantling Joe Gibb's work?

DAN SNYDER IS THE WORST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO THE WASHINGTON REDSKINS!!!

I wish someone would sit him down and explain the ins and outs of the game to this man; then they can explain [B]HOW PEOPLE WORK AS WELL! He has no idea what his players need after a year like this; what real continuity is on a football team....

I also understand that he made the comment that firing Williams and Saunders, but making the other changes he's made, as well as hiring a new head coach and whatever other changes he'll make, shouldn't change things too much and will keep things pretty much as they were under Gibbs: NO REAL CHANGES SO THINGS CAN STAY ON A CONTINUOUS, EVEN KEEL WITH LITTLE OR NO DISRUPTION! DOES THIS MAN EVEN HAVE A CLUE???

All of us, as Redskins fans, should write a petition, sign it online, and send it to Dan Snyder, with the express desire that he sell this team immediately before he does any more irreparable damage!!! As it stands now, he seems to be setting us back on the course that Joe Gibbs came back out of retirement to rescue us from. What is so heartbreaking now is that he succeeded, so we all have to fall even farther into the pit.

How do we know that....as we don't have a head coach. That's my sarcastic point...what if Mariucci comes in and wants his guys? Would Dan then say, we'll no thanks we already have ours.

The most important 2 asst. coaches aren't back. Are all offensive coaches retained? I believe that's up in the air.

My point was other than Bob Saunders (Al's son), Lazor and a couple of defensive coaches, most will be back.

I'm pretty sure that if Mooch is the guy, he's coming aboard understanding what's in place and the structure. To your question, if Mooch says 'I'm only coming if I can bring aboard my own coaches.' then Synder will probably say, thanks but no thanks and hire Fassel.

We haven't even played a game yet and this team allready has falling. Its going to be funny if these guys have success because allot of crow is out here to be eating. Maybe people should just wait to see what happens.

Snyder sucks and is totally destroying anything Gibbs put it place. He is ruining what was a proud franchise and fan base. HE NEEDS TO HIRE A REAL GM AND LET A FOOTBALL GUY MAKE THE DECISIONS!!!! Stop playing fantasy football Snyder!!!
