Len Dawson and Nick Buonicotti (sp? I should look it up but...) were awesome. Jerry Glanville was at least fun. Today's cast is worse than the CBS pregame show (Mr. Ed's lookalike Shannon Mumblesalot could ruin a bachelor party with Penthouse Pets). They don't offer any insight and their analysis is sophomoric. The only time I watch an episode anymore is when someone on here posts about an especially intelligent comment by CC.
On a similar note, how can Chris Carter and Greg Gumbel have broadcasting careers, yet no network is begging for me?
One of the funniest things to listen to is Shannon Sharpe trying to pronounce the words "Ben Roethlisberger." It's hilarious.
Inside the NFL jumped the shark a while ago.

The NFL Network with NFL Total Access has killed HBO Inside the NFL. The 24 hour format of the NFL Network has made shows like Inside the NFL second run. The quality of the broadcasting crew has declined also.

Matty, stop padding your post count by posting that a show jumped the shark twice in one thread~! ;)
Everyone thinks that the media hates their team. Fact us, the Washington Redskins haven't given the media a ton of 'hope' lately to talk about them and tout them as a contender. The Cowboys had a great regular season last year and if we did the same thing, people would be talking about the Redskins.
LOL I didn't even realize that, I thought this was a new thread. My bad. Did I mention it jumped the shark?

As "great" of a regular season Dallas may have had last year, in the end they still won as many playoff games as the Redskins did.
Ouch.

Does that somehow make you feel like your girls did better...? Losing at home to the giants.
A #1 seed getting beat at home in game one by a #5 seed which happened to win the SB? If anything I would think that would cut a little deeper getting beat down in front of your home crowd by a #5 seed.....your still just another second place team like the other 11 teams in the playoffs that didn't win the SB, which included the Redskins.
