In fact, Thomas missed 2 games in that time frame, and Jansen missed one, and that was it. Thomas' injuries (bicep, mid tibia) wouldn't suggest that he's particularly prone to them, but Jansen's (knee, ankle) would. Looks like we'll have to close our eyes, cross our fingers, and draft depth. We have a some good players, but we see how fragile it can be once the injuries line up. Randy Thomas is great, when he is not hurt. Jansen is good, when he is not hurt. Having both of those guys being injured really hurt our team last year and we have to address the fact that the team is getting older and that we need to have some consideration for the future.
