Have any of you guys heard about the Skins unloading Lloyd and ARE this offseason?
http://assets.espn.go.com/i/nfl/profiles/players/mugs/65x90/3590.jpg Antwaan Randle El (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=5948), Washington Redskins Wide receiver

Reasoning: Randle El had a career-high 51 receptions last season, but the Redskins need a big receiver as they switch to the West Coast offense, and Santana Moss (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=5463) isn't going anywhere. There already has been talk of them trading for Johnson, and Randle El is taking up a good chunk of the salary cap.

I don't see it happening. His cap hit would be about $7M. We need that room to cut Lloyd.

I don't see that happening either. Plus, ARE contributed very positively for us this past season. Lloyd, on the other hand, needs to be shipped out as soon as possible.

we have WRs. Jason Campbell needs TIME for them to get open. We need an OL!!!!

The Redskins need a #1 WR...I don't see Porter as any better then what we already have. He's okay for depth but he doesn't solve the need. I think Roy Williams from Detroit is the player they need if he becomes available.

Personally, I'd rather be talking about the possibility of us getting Larry Fitzgerald (sp?). I think he is a better upgrade at wide-out then all of the above mentioned.

I'm surprised we're talking about a guy who was a bad seed on the Raiders!

If this guy was considered a disease on the most disease-infested team in the league (with an owner who the Boy looks up to) then why would anyone think it is a good idea to bring him in here?

We might as well re-sign Lloyd to an extended contract.

Of all the WRs discussed so far, Fitzgerald is far and away the one I prefer. I don't like Chad Johnson's personality (sorry, Daseal), Jerry Porter's age and lack of production, and Javon Walker's injuries and malcontent. Roy Williams would be a close #2 to Fitzgerald.

I'd much rather overpay for Fitzgerald than any of the others. He is a big-time receiver who would complement Santana Moss very well, and would allow ARE to slide to the slot, where he could be deadly.

Is Fitzgerald going to be available, and why in the hell would the Cardinals let him go or trade him???

There have been rumors off and on that have indicated that the Cardinals may not be able to afford him, or that they just don't want to pay him.
