Holly crap! I had those toys and they kicked ass! It was about getting the kids outside to do tricks and jumps. Man, those were the days!

Hog1 and dmek25 do you remember Combat, Rat Patrol, Mod Squad, Mission Impossible, Hogans Heros, Addams Family, and Laugh-In?

Remember the treat of going to a drive-in restaurant and when first McDonalds came to the area...and watching the number of hamburgers
sold change!

We had remote TV. Dad would tell me to change the channel. Kept a pair of vice grips on the antenna outside. When windy I'd have to go outside and
turn to the antenna to get better reception.

Dad and I would watch Skins games and if Skins were doing poor (a lot in
those days), dad would have me change chairs on something to help
change Skins luck. No wonder I'm the way I am now! LOL

Now I really feel old...LOL

Good stuff 44!
I STILL love Hogans heroes, Mod squad, Rat Patrol, although I have not seen them in a........while.
It's hard to explain to my kids that we did not have 615 channels to choose from to find nothing to watch. I explain to them we had like 5 channels, so it took less time to make that determination!

Hog1 you had 5 channels! We only had 3! LOL :laughing2 My boys think I grew up in stone age. One asked me years ago if I had any Mantle baseball
cards. Told him I did, but they would up between spokes of my bicycle.

dmek, plus we could only order a hamburger or cheeseburger. It was big news when McDonalds introduced the Big Mac.

We had the antenna thing as well.
It was equipped with an electric motor that rotated the antenna to the desired direction of the station to get the best reception. Only problem, in Maryland in the winter, it froze up occasionally. You had to go outside and bang on the shaft to free it up.

PLEASE don't ANYONE post a current pic but, back in the day, WHO did not have "the" poster of................Farrah?????????

Farrah was my angel. Got to be one of best posters ever. Curious to see if anyone
says they didn't have her poster.

Thanks...that brings back some memories.
