The Southern Style Chicken Sandwich was God awful. No wonder we won the Civil War.

Southern Style Chicken Sandwich is a ripoff. The reason it's so cheap is because they take a chicken patty and place it on an older style buns (the ones they used before they went to the healthy alternative used with chicken sandwiches and then put pickles and something else on it. There's nothing southern about it at all lol.

If someone were to ask me to hypothesize what deep-fried chicken vomit would taste like, I would start with Mickey D's Southern Style Chicken Sandwich. After eating one, I actually considered induced vomiting for fear of how my body's excretory process would react. But that fear was not as considerable as the fear of having to subject my tongue to experiencing the taste of it again.

Mickey D's needs to stick to what it does best...Big Macs, Quarter Pounders and Double Cheeseburgers. Stay basic with the chicken...

On a somewhat related note, I went to a Hardees yesterday for the first time in about 2 years. Had one of the "Thickburgers", Fan-freaking-tastic. I recommend the Bacon Cheeseburger with the loaded cheese fries. Fast food isn't supposed to be that good.
