i kinda feel like there's a hidden message here, but i'm not quite sure what it is...
SS was trying very hard to avoid writing in the first person, because it was his own personal experience shared. There is way too much detail not to be!

Come on now. We all know that the Platinum Weddings show that so horribly conflicts with Sunday Night Football is on We.
Oh is it on WE? That's right! Trading Spaces is the one on TLC!!

Definitely an awesome concept to stream the games in real time, and something I hope gets picked up quickly.
And SS - I have 2 words for you. Picture-in-picture.

Great move for both the NFL and NBC Sports. It gives them an extra revenue stream, it allows them to test the idea for a possible bigger play, it serves the fan who might have only tv at his place and he has to let his fiancee watch Platinum Weddings on TLC because she let him hog the tv all Sunday during the day watching all the other games that were on and she doesn't realize that there's still Sunday night and Monday night football and that her fiance is in the sports business and really shouldn't go into work the next morning without having seen as many games possible...and it's great if they offer it on-demand for next day viewing.
Sounds like you need a plasma TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and a new pimped-out Redskins room -- for work, of course. Expense it! :D

Ok last year some one posted a web site with a colored map of the US that told you what games were being shown in which markets.
Does anyone remeber that link? I tried searching to no avil.

This will be updated as the season approaches I'm sure, but here's the link you should bookmark

Here is the sight for where games will be shown. All I noticed was the mighty Skins pummelling the GI ants for the opening week, on of course National TV

Well if it was on-demand the next day how would that help you on Monday if the game was played on Sunday?

I don't understand your question. But what I'm saying is suppose you missed the game-flying back from Michigan after visiting your future in-laws, and your flight gets delayed because Northwest Airlines sucks...for example-and you didn't get a chance to DVR the game, you could watch the game online the next day.
