Bernie Mac dead at 50

I thought he had been admitted to the hospital last week, but apparently he had been hospitalized nearly a month but his family and publicist kept it a secret (which of course is entirely their right)

I didn't even realize he was that old (not that 50 was old, but I thought he was 43-45ish). Waaaay too young! That's a shame.
