Wait... I'm supposed buy low, sell high?? I thought it was buy low, get high?? Wow... No wonder all my investments are in the snack food industry.

Seriously, what man-crushes are we talking about? I thought it was confined to Brennan and Mason (ohhh, I am all atwitter at the mention of their names!!). I haven't heard an inordinate amount of praise for anyone along the line. In fact, I thought it was one of the more heavily criticized units in the offseason.

LOL!!!

If anything we've had an overachieving d-line for 3 of the last 4 years. I credit GW w/getting the most out of an avg. unit.

Now, after bemoaning that no high round picks were used on the line in the draft, we managed to trade for a vet who still has something left & a young guy that might be able to rescue his career & get close to his potential. In addition, Rob Jackson at least looks like he can play in the nfl. Will he be a starter one day? who knows, but for a 7th round pick, making the team is an accoplishment.

The DE position is now pretty crowded & Wilson is in serious jeopardy of being cut. If you want to complain about any position I think it'd be the lack of proven depth at LB given the age & health of the starters.

Not sure what your talking about as I have never had a crush on another man. We also do not have a don't ask dont tell policy.

I casually mentioned it a few months back, but I'm a bit surprised they haven't experimented a bit with Wilson at LB

...Stop putting the noun 'man' in front of other words. i.e. "man crush", "man purse." It's just not funny anymore. Much like the people at a rock concert that yell "Freebird!" the novelty has worn off.

It's obviously a murse, not a man purse.

I guess you're saying Daniels, Griffin, Boschetti, Evans, Golston, Wilson, Alexander, and Montgomery need to go?

NO I am talking about older playrs that haven't produced and other players that haven't produced. Theydid good against the run but we also need to touch a QB every now and then. Daniels is hurt so I wont comment on him.

Montgomery has played well and has a lot of potential and upside. Alexander is a baller.

The rook Rob Jackson needs to make this team. Eventhough we have only played preseason. He is getting more sacks than the veterans on the D-Line..regardless of competition level. If Erasmus James shows anything we need to keep him also. so whoever is the ODD man out..The young DT have played decent. But you have to be versatile. You need to be able to stop the run and rush the passer. Its still early and like I said. Andre and Jason are going to show up. But we can't let go guys that have potential for older guys younger guys/rooks that can be our future or contribute. Those that have had their opportunity and haven't taken advantage of it are obvisouly not hungry enough or dont ahve the skills. We were near the bottom in sacks last year. If we dont touch the QB we will get eaten up. Even by mediocre QBs. You saw how easily Brett picked us apart. You remember the thrashing we took by the Patriots. Now saying that. You see what the Giants did to the Patriorts in the SuperBowl and there previous game against the Patriots? they ahve a beastly D-Line. Subpar D-Lines are not going to cut it..That's th eonly thing the Giants have over us. You see how they stock D-Lineman and draft quality D-lineman. SO its either time for thos eon the D-Line that haven't stepped up on the D-Line the past few years to step up or they need to find somoen who can do the job.

Yeah and I have seen people saying Rob Jackson is going to the PS..lol. Isn't about depth this about production. Our D-Line needs to revamp. If we have some players with potential..We need to give them a chance..

I'm even more confused now. Why don't you just say exactly who you are talking about?

I think you might need some perspective on Rob Jackson. While he's flashed some promise he's still a very green rookie. The practice squad for him isn't that outrageous of a thought.
