No, it's not multi-level marketing.

I have never heard of "multi-level marketing."

What does that even mean? Got any links to this crap? I can probably tell if the business model will work within five minutes.

Oh, SideSHOW Bob!

Yeah I've heard of this crap. Scud, dude, don't go near this nonsense.

Take a Saturday morning and cut some lawns in your neighborhood for 20-25 a pop, or clean people's house or apartments for $100 a pop. Good exercise, gets you out of the house, low overhead costs, and it's cash under the table.

Well, the mortgage industry has just been a god-awful grind over the last 16+ months. Both the broker and banking side has just sucked for me. I always have bartending/restaurant management to fall back on, but I just wanted to explore some other avenues in the meantime. I'd rather pour drinks than mow lawns.

I've recently made a transition into contracting. Hoping to one day combine it with the real estate so I can become a developer.

I also reccomend opening a fertility clinic in your home. Very low start-up costs. All you need is an ice tray and a turkey baster.
