Great Post. If the playoffs for just this season is the goal, we should have kept Saunders calling plays. Campbell has a new coach, and a new offense that historically has a long learning curve. I bet that the relative success of the rookie coaches you researched is directly proportional to the play of their QBs that initial year. We should not be shocked that the offense is struggling early. I'm willing to write this season off if it means that Campbell takes a big step next year with greater comfort in the new WCO.
