Redskins vs. Saints game thread

3 quarters of awful play calling,1 quarter of awesome play calling.i 'll have a heart attack if it's like this every week.is there any question of who the nfl's defensive player of the week is gonna be this week?how often does a player get 2 picks,and a fumble recovery in the same game?

Really disagree on the playcalling. We were moving the ball well early we just were blowing it in the redzone. The difference in the 2nd half was we cashed in and didn't blow scoring chances.

see i guess keep running it up the middle on short and they put 8-10 in the box ... great call. i think even if we didnt make it , a fg attemp.. would have put them in great field position if missed at that long. a punt might not have given any better position.. so was a ballsy call but good.. i think if they hadnt put 8 in the box they would have called a to and punted probably.. but its moot and a W is a W.. and feels great............ HTTR

if you let the play clock run all the way down and call start the play immediately, the D gets a huge jump on the ball and stops the play automatically.

I still don't see the logic. If you snap with 2-5 seconds on the clock, the D can't jump the snap, and the 2 min warning would have stopped the clock at 2:00 or less after a run play anyway?

It's academic now, and it's not on a par with JG's double TO blunder, but...

Play of the game right there. He did a great job at staying alive and keeping his focus down the field and topped it off with a great throw.

Please let this be JC's break out game in Zorn's WCO! Now, he can play with some confidence!
