Durant Brooks Venting Thread

Here's the kick in the nuts. If this guy doesn't have a big turnaround and soon, he'll get cut, we will end up with a journeyman type (in all likelihood inferior to Frost), and we will have wasted a 6th round pick. Maybe this is why most teams don't draft punters.

Yes, he did give up a safety. He also averages 10 net yds more than Brooks and is the holder that Suisham prefers. Brooks may come around, I seem to recall a certain Chip Lohmiller who never really did...

Honestly, I'd MUCH rather have an argument about the punter than the qb.

You did not here that from me and I thought we should have kept Frost. Brooks will be OK its just fustrating when we had a decent punter and we let him go for some guy who is unproven.

Not saying it was you but it just seems strange that all of a sudden there's all this support for Frost. Hindsight sure is a bitch.

Whil I did not agree with letting Frost go brooks will be OK. I think he is just a little nerv problem and is trying too hard. Punting in the NFL is no harder then college so he should be fine. One question though. Was he the holder in college and if not why would we have him holding instead of a backup QB?
