With all of the YouTube stuff and all the other sites no one has a clip of what Rock did after the game?

That's because he didnt do anything but stand there and that would make for a pretty boring youtube video.

TO is actually spelling T O with his celebration, not making a star. He puts his arms out first, then makes the O.
