Let's break down the Rams thus far. 32nd in Total Offense, 31st in Total Defense, 0-4. Averaging about 11 points a game while giving up 36+. Signed, released and re-signed Eddie Kennison in a matter of a mere 3 weeks.

However, with a new head coach in Jim Haslett and coming off a bye week, these guys are fighting with a dangerous combination of pride and desperation. If there ever was a trap game this year for the Skins, this is it.

Marc Bulger, while struggling behind a paper thin offensive line, is still capable of having a good game, with Torry Holt his main target. However, beyond Holt, their receivers are piss poor. Springs shadowing Holt, with Landry deep will force Bulger to make plays to other wideouts. Steven Jackson sat out most of training camp in a contract dispute, but looked good against Buffalo before the bye (110 rushing, 78 receiving, 1 TD). The Rams will try to force mismatches with Jackson coming out of the backfield.

As long as the Skins stay focused, this matchup shouldn't be a problem.

Don't forget skins legends, that Steven Jackson ran it up on one of the best D's in the league in the Bills, so I would be prepared to see these cheese dicks put some points on the board, plus Bulger is coming off his benching, so he is gonna be looking to show St. Louis fans he is the real deal!

Taking a page from our glorious past ... the Redskins stage an encore performance of the most lopsided playoff victory in my memory ...

Redskins 51
Rams 7

Afterwards, Al Saunders is overheard saying, to no one in particular: "I never want to play those guys again" !!

I personally wouldn't consider the Bills Defense one of the best in the league LandrySlice. There schedule has been pretty light and I'm pretty sure Arizona had 3 rushing TD's in last weeks game against the bills. However I do agree with your point about bulger and wanting to prove something. Sadly for bulger though were not the team he will be proving that certain something against.

I am not trying to take away anything from any of the Rams players, everyone knows that they have solid position players. BUT we have gone against the best of the league and held our own, offensively and defensively. The Redskins can and should be as impressive if not more, this week against a lesser opponent as they were the last two weeks.
I'll take my Ram served MEDIUM!!!
