GhettoDogAllStars 10-27-2008, 01:11 PM I disagree with your review of Cooley. He was great on those two screen plays and he is a very valuable part of the offense . BUT, He had another drop on a third down play that killed a solid drive and he is having issues holding onto the ball. He needs to spend less time with his blog and more time with catching passes. I agree. I'd put Witten ahead of Cooley, but I think he's top 3 in the league. BDBohnzie 10-27-2008, 01:15 PM I said this in the MVP thread, but Michael Green stepped in for an injured Chris Horton and had a very good game. And while Cooley's blog has nothing to do with those mental errors, this is a few weeks in a row where he's had a good performance stat wise, but he's made some blockhead mistakes as well. He's still a top TE in the league, but he needs to work on limiting those mistakes. DD - While Kendall is playing solid, I do remember one play yesterday where he was pulling to the left in front of Portis and got in the way. It was funny to see Portis get up from his tackle all pissed off because he wanted more yards, but good old Pete was in the way. doughtydoubter 10-27-2008, 01:16 PM dude...he may not be the best in the league...but he showed his junk online..that automatically bumps him up to at least number 2 GMScud 10-27-2008, 01:21 PM I said this in the MVP thread, but Michael Green stepped in for an injured Chris Horton and had a very good game. He doesn't have eyes in the back of his head. If Portis didn't want to run into him, well... he shouldn't have run into him. BDBohnzie 10-27-2008, 01:27 PM Oh I know...nothing on Kendall, just pointing it out is all. Everyone inside the tackles played decently yesterday. I was wondering how come I was not seeing Horton. Was not sure if he was a game time decision or what. But Green's name was getting called quite a bit. He made himself known that's for sure. doxiechic12000 10-27-2008, 08:31 PM dude...he may not be the best in the league...but he showed his junk online..that automatically bumps him up to at least number 2 LMAO!!! I can't believe I missed a chance to see his schmeckle! Chris Cooley rocks. Damn you guys post some funny stuff on here. GTripp0012 10-27-2008, 11:43 PM Tripp, did you enjoy your first live Redskins game?I did. Had pretty nice seats too. Didn't see a whole lot that wasn't on TV, but I got a good view of how they were covering Calvin Johnson. I'll put that and more in the GT review. |
