Do I want Dallas to beat the Giants?

I hate the stinkin Cowgirls so bad that if it took them to win the last game of the season so the Skins would go to the playoffs, I still would want them to lose. The Skins should've won another game.

I'm more focused on Monday night. Just win our games and the rest will fall into place.

We can beat the Giants. We only lost by 9 points in Week 1, holding them to just 16 points.

Our offense wasn't up and running yet. If we played them now, we'd win...we'd dominate them.

We need this to be a 2-team race at the end. It should be...Dallas is toileting.

Our offense still isn't up and running.

im not as concerned with winning the division as i am making the playoffs. right now were one game behind, and dallas and philly are both two.

i was reading SI.com a couple of weeks ago and i believe it was peter king predicting that the two wild card spots from the NFC would go to the 2nd and 3rd place teams in the NFC East. He used a little joke that went like this.

"2 men are walking in the forest when all of a sudden they spot a bear. the bear notices them and starts running at them full speed. one of the men gets on one knee and starts changing from his hiking boots, to his running tennis shoes. the other man says "you cant honestly believe you will outrun that bear". and his friend replies "nope, i just have to outrun you."

it was clever. he was basically saying we just have to outrun the other teams in the division. now im all for winning the division, but for right now id like to see us keep pace with the giants, while the cowboys and eagles continue to dig their graves. then later in the season we really make our push for the division.

Giantone,
Since you are on here anyways....why not chime in and tell us how you feel about the Cowboys?

Us older folks would agree cheer against Dallas every time. but.....,and there is always a but,...I have to root for Dallas this week. I'm rooting from a distance...a great distance. Only cause We have already beat Dallas. Yes they will play us harder next time to try and even it out but be honest they are what 2 games behind and I think they are falling off. Westbrooke is back with the Eagle but I don't think he alone will get them over their slumps. They Giants are our only threat. They stole one from us and are only 1 game up.

I hope both Dallas and the Giants slobber knock each other to oblivion but I'd like to see Dallas take this one to even the playing field so when we play them (and beat them) we can be even in the division. We lost to the Giants, the Giants lose to Dallas. Then we have a tie for first place and screw Dallas.

I'm not going to root for Dallas, but I wouldn't mind them beating the Giants. My hope is for the Redskins to make the playoffs and be in a better position than the 5th or 6th seed in the playoffs, that is a priority over hating on the Cowpokes. If the Giants lose this game, then we will be tied with them for 1st place. If we win out the rest of our games, including beating the Giants at home, then we would take the division and could easily be in the top spot in the NFC.

That being said, I doubt the Cowboys can do anything against the Giants this weekend. The G-men are playing extremely well and have had a bit of luck on their side (playing the Redksins and Rams when both teams were not playing well, beating the Bengals in OT, etc. etc.). I think Philly has a better chance of beating them than the Cowboys.

Also, this NYG/Cowpokes game won't mean anything if we don't win against the Steelers, so our team cannot be worrying about this game of course.
