The really funny thing is that if Michael Phelps actually were to smoke his bong in his own home, he actually would not be in violation of the law. Marijuana possession is legal in moderation on private property in Ann Arbor.

I'm glad this article was posted. Now I get to do a presentation on it tomorrow for my consumer behavior class and how Phelp's latest act effects consumer perceptions.
