Zombie thread...
Yesterday I made beer for the first time with some buddies. We made 10 gallons(!) of IPA using two of these kits (http://www.homebrewing.org/PSA-IPA_p_1593.html). It won't be ready for a couple of weeks but I'll let you all know how it turns out.
