Issue after replying

1 month old installation of XP
no virus/trojans/spyware etc

a lot of the time after I post, the page will just go blank.. doesn't seem to time out or anything, just stops.. sometimes even says "stopped" in the status bar

refreshing doesn't help (I usually don't do it so that it doesn't re-submit the form data just in case, but have tried).. however if I hit back or open the site back up, the post is there

the only thing I've seen cause this before is adsense (haven't noticed with any others)

I will start posting on IE7 and narrow it down to whether it happens only in quick reply, or during a full quote/advanced reply as well, sorry I don't have that info right now, just hoping that maybe there was a clue

and finally, test from "go advanced"/newreply.php

alright, trying one more thing

edit: cookie clearing didn't help, cache is disabled

IE no problem, will try disabling all FF plugins and add-ons

sorry for all of the posts but needed to try it out in each environment with a new reply

last several were to test banner ad blocking effectiveness... will turn ads back on (and click)

might as well try this since I've already posted 20 other times
