I would've went to jail and probably resisted arrest. I give a lot of credit to Moats for being as cool as he was. But the officer was just a plain out 100% asshole. Why did he continue to talk all that BS once the nurse came out? Simply no reason to act like that. None what so ever and he should be suspended WITHOUT PAY. You kind of have no choice but to be cool if an officer has a pistol pointed at you.
