I feel for ya dude. I'm 35 (or will be on Memorial Day) & I have had back pain for a long while now. The majority of mine is caused by an accident I had at work back in 2002 when I was working with the Local IBEW. I now have spinal cord deterioration & 2 bulging discs at my L4-L5, & L5-S1 vertebrate. Sometimes, it can actually paralyze me from the waist down. Yea...it sucks.
Man, back pain sucks but groin pain is the worst ever. With groin pain I can barely move. Usually losing gut weight and working on my core muscles resolves all my back pain issues.
I can understand how that could be a problem. I imagine you get kicked in the balls............frequently.
Have a nice day Saden

I can walk on flat surfaces but inclines, steps and ladders are a bitch.
I think its amazing how much you use your groin muscles too. Doing simple stuff like reaching around to scratch my ass is causing discomfort. Apparently, your groin is attached to your ass scratching muscle.
