I heard Madden changed there rating scheme D. Hall went down to a 67 OVR

Must have been a Raiders fan doing the ratings that day.

They changed the ratings completely this year. Apparently the were tired of "regular" players playing like stars in the game so they created a bigger divide between them. Supposedly the also slowed the game down quite a bit. I'm losing some of my enthusiasm the more I hear...

82 really isn't that bad for an initial rating.

I can't imagine in past games that many rookies with much higher ratings. After the training camp and one season of superinflated sack numbers, he'll be an 89.

Romo should be in the 60s after this year.

LOL...even if Romo has a disaster, he still won't be that low. Lesser qb's have faired better. Brunell was high 70's and low 80's for instance. Tony Banks was mid / high 70's.

Is it just me or did the graphics take a step back?

Other then the 1st pic they look horrible.
