Yeah, I saw him rip his glove off the after his first drop and start tugging on his finger. It was the play up against the left sideline near the first down marker. It was before the 2nd drop when he got hammered over the middle.

The finger I'm not as concerned with, I'm guessing here but it seems slightly more difficult to catch the ball like that, but I'm sure receivers get dislocated fingers all the time! It's a more serious injury that would bother me.

McNair is known as one of the toughest guys in the league, but there's no reason to hide your injuries. Let the trainers do what they can to help you.

yeah, i agree with daseal, its great that he's tough, but if you can't play WELL, let someone else come in who can.

coles is still good injured, but without being able to catch, he hurts the team... thrash would have been more useful in there at that time.

i don't think he was used as a decoy, cause brunell threw to him soon after and he dropped it again.

Thrash did an awesome job towards the end of the game. I remember him being a big factor in one of our ending drives.

I actually feel bad for McCants. He defintley could have gotten picked up elsewhere and played alot. He's one of my favorite players, if I knew he was just gonna sit out, I would have said to let him go.

I wonder, who could we make inactive in order to bring in McCants...

I think that having him in there as a choice could definitely add new dimensions to the offense, because that guy is just a TD machine. Having him and Gardner going at the defense in the redzone would be pretty nice.

how about making jimoh or clark inactive??
