In the sense that they're both characters. You lost me with the other stuff.
If you were older then dirt like some of us then you'd get the inside joke. For what ever reason I thought it was said to Sandra Day O'Conner. But honestly I see the similarities. He looks like, is care free like, and likes to have fun like Riggo. Look for an audobiography of Riggo.

It was said to Sandra Day...I think he just referred to Sonia Sotomayor to update the situation to modern times.

I certainly could deal with a picture of Cooley catching a screen and taking it for the winning TD in the SB this year, and then he can make a web video of him and Obama celebratin'.
