LOL great thread!!! I'm in a small office that was just a shit-show for talent when I started but got very nice once I took over the hiring.

Needless to say, i do a lot of inter-office couriering to the 2's, and i'll walk the half mile(this building is bigger than dulles airport), to deliver to a 6.

Speaking of rating systems. Every 5 years that passes in my life, the same looking girls get a 1 point boost. What's up with that? I'm worried that when i'm 80, i'm going to be like, "yo, that old guy over there is sorta hot"

In my department we only have soccer moms and they are not hot but like I said there is about 500 people here so if we see one we don't know their names so we come up with codes for them. It also allows us to talk about them with soccer moms around because they have no idea what the codes are.

There is one that is particular hot and my buddy was like you have to walk by her cube. So I walk clear across the building to see her. Well as soon as I look in she happens to turn at the same time and says "can I help you". I was like "ah ah ah no and ran off", LOL! Never gone down there since.

I work at home, so I have no women in my office...or anyone else for that matter.

However, I live 1 block from Colorado State University and there are always hot chicks walking by. Not too many beautiful women, but plenty of hot girls. I find myself smoking on the porch more than usual.

My buddies and I have a code, where we say, "it looks like it's gonna rain at 3 o'clock," and that means hot chick at your 3 o'clock. Works well when you're outside, but you could probably use it indoors as well.

I have two women in my office and they are OK but I decided its better to hire the OK rather then the hot chick your always checking out. Back in the 80's when my dad was a boss they caught some guy using a mirrow on his shoe to look up womens dresses. If I was young and needing a summer time job I try to get a job a a Tanning Salon. I was eating a couple weeks pass at a place besides one and man the girls going in and out of their made it tuff to eat.

I work at a law firm. Heller Keller would rise out of her grave find Bigfoot before you found a good looking person in my office.
