After watching the GAYBOYS game tonight I noticed one thing, Felix Jones is a BEAST... This sucks for the East because Dallas has a deep Running Game. Barber is a decent player but in my opinion Jones should start, Their WR'S won't be as good obviously but I don't think they need TO if those Rb's can stay healthy. Felix was injured in college some and of course he missed most of last year but if he can play 16 games there is potential for him to be a Pro Bowler..
Also Cassel looked good in the Chiefs-Vikings game, hopefully JC looks just as good tomorrow night!
Jones is for real and is going to be a pain in the ass coming out of the backfield.
Cassel could be a bust IMO. No way would I gave a guy that kind of money after only one year. This has Rob Johnson written all over it. Outside of Bowe who is on KC's offense?

Marcus Mason didn't run for 41 TDs as a high school senior.
Touche, but people here are saying the same crap I hear about Mason ....."gets his yrds against rookies", "can't block for crap."
I'll concede if you do. ;) You are partially correct. He did awsome in HS.

I'M just saying that Jones is going to be pretty good for a while, he's no Portis though!! CP has been great since he came in the league.. Although I would trade Betts for Jones.

The one player that I was scared of going into the first Dallas game last year was Felix Jones. The Skins had proven that they could stop TO (the 4TD game was an anomaly due to the injury situation) and Barber the previous year. Jones is fast. No matter how good your defense is, he can score on any given play with that kind of speed. Now fortunately, Jason "Red Jesus" Garrett, didn't give him the ball at all that game and we came out with the W. You always have to be cognizant of guys like that.

I think you have to be cognizant of any opposing players talent. That's what you gameplan for. Lot's of players can become a problem if you don't. Barber was suppose to run all over us a couple of years ago. We held him to minus yardage. AP was suppose to run all over us. It didn't happen. Felix Jones is a problem to us if we allow him to be a problem. Find the solution, problem solved.

I might agree with you on Cassel; although there are few weapons on the O such as Bradley (he didn't do much but he's growing) and the RBs, L. Johnson and Smith.. Now it's all up to Cassel to make them to look good..

Why is this much discussion about a Dallas back on the REDSKINS forum? Who cares, our defensive line is going to destroy them. Their offensive line is OLDER than ours, and their best WR is their TE.

Not a problem at all. If our D can play anything like they did against the Steelers...Rak, Big Al, Andre, even Landry will be tackling R(H)omo as he's handing the ball off.
Charlie Batch had NO time to do anything when our starters were in. We shut down the run and got sacks. Pittsburgh has a far superior line to Dallas too.
It's going to be an amazing year for this defense. No one on any team scares me anymore, especially an injury-prone member of a RBBC.

Does anybody else think it would be a good idea to just build a facility where fans can buy cheaper tickets to just go sit and watch the game on that big ass screen and still have fans actually going to watch it live.
lol!
but what about standing to watch w/no seat option!

I disagree. Dallas line is by far better than Pitt. Sure, they have some problems pass blocking v. the best d-lines (g-men) but they are a far better unit than Pitt. Rothlisberger hit the ground a lot last year. granted, he holds the ball a long time, but he is also pretty mobile & a good runner.
Our d -line, which couldn't sack much of anybody, even had a few sacks last yr. v. Pitt.
