Is there a point to this thread?

There is a point and it does hurt you . Campbell could not even be near these QB's. I forgot to put Joe in there but did not want to hurt all Campbell fan's.

Are you even a Redskin's fan? How can you be and think Campbell will take you to the Superbowl? Not even a playoff game.

Wait to you see my follow up thread where i just show videos of redskins running backs. I call it RedSkins RB's

I want to see that . :woot: Rather see the good times than this years offense under Campbell and Zorn.

Alot of money spent and same Skin's 8-8 this year.

You know what's interesting is how the following seems to be overlooked:

- Rypien spent the 1986 and 1987 seasons on injured reserve, so really he was in his 6th season playing when they won the Super Bowl (and of course, that was a great team all around)

- Doug Williams started less than a full season for the Redskins during his time here and had a losing record with us. But he had the magic touch for one month in 1988. (He was 2-0 during the regular season as the "relief QB")

- Joe Theismann spent I believe 4 years as the punt returner/backup QB and then another 4 until he got the Redskins to the Super Bowl (not to mention all the years he spent in the CFL prior to all that)

So why can't Campbell ever accomplish what any of those guys did?

Thank you... Smart man. That was the point to remember . Many seem to forget the 80's teams and what made Washington win and what made them loose.

If you look at Zorn and Campbell they are not anything what Redskin's football should be...

Whoa easy there big fella. Please don't try to construe what I said as agreeing with your bad opinion of JC/Zorn. In fact I was saying just the opposite. That the glory day 'skins won without brand name passers. it was the team through and through that made the Skins SB champs those years, and Gibbs had a lot to do with that.

I look for JC and Zorn to click and demonstrate that they do have the playoffs/SB in sight.

It's funny because in many ways JC is the best qb we have had, and yet you compare him to one/two year wonders of Williams and Rypien.

damn I loved that video of sonny,especially his second pass where hes backpedaling 15 yrds and throws a perfect pass while hes still backpedaling.
What the hell was that last video? Anybody watch it but me? Its the end of the game and it doesnt show anything but the giants celebrating,and jay S lost the game,why include that video?

Why ban someone? it only takes a few min to create a new email account and come back. I understand you are trying to keep order but in the end....

They have their wayd... The Ego is all powerful...and is armed with IP addresses. IPs don't lie...sometimes.

Why ban someone? it only takes a few min to create a new email account and come back. I understand you are trying to keep order but in the end....

Son, we post on a message board that has rules and those rules need to be enforced by mods with ban power. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Dirtbag? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Njall and curse the Moderators; you have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know: that Njall's dismissal, while tragic, probably saved this message board and that the mods' existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps the board worth visiting. You don't want the truth because deep down in threads you don't talk about in the parking lot you want people banned, you need people banned....

We have ways of keeping people from returning after being banned
