we went over this before. you posting something from fox news, or the N.Y.T has about as much credibility with me, as me posting something from CNN, or CNBC does with you. and if you guys think Obama was the only politician sleeping with Acorn, i have some swamp land to sell to you( cheap)
I will pass on the swamp land :) I like CNBC , I watch it almost every day. I posted from both , Fox & NYT because they are opposite , there are dozens of videos of Rep. M. Waters and others at Acorn events and many more news articles linking the DNC with Acorn ? Almost all polititions have some from of corruption going on . Looks like the city of Pittsburgh is doing well from an economic standpoint .

Thanks for the link but I knew most of that but this gave me a nice laugh from the article.

Nancy Pelosi has lower approval ratings than Dick Cheney and far lower approval ratings than Sarah Palin. And yet Democrats have allowed her policy values to carry the day — http://www.thewarpath.net/images/icons/icon10.gif Sad ,,, but true (:
Have a great weekend .

I am curious to know your logic. You imply that because O'Bama is not the only one associated with Acorn, that somehow that makes him innocent, rather than guilty as are the others. That somehow in your mind, that makes it ok? Is that the case?

my point was that Acorn was funded under the Bush administration. does that make him guilty? you guys are ripping them, as well as you should. but they have done a lot of good also.
The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is a collection of community-based organizations in the United States that advocate for low- and moderate-income families by working on neighborhood safety, voter registration, health care, affordable housing, and other social issues. ACORN has over 400,000 members and more than 1,200 neighborhood chapters[1] in over 100 cities across the U.S.,[2] as well as in Argentina, Canada, Mexico, and Peru. ACORN was founded in 1970 by Wade Rathke and Gary Delgado.[3] Maude Hurd has been National President of ACORN since 1990.

ACORN's priorities have included: better housing and wages for the poor, more community development investment from banks and governments, better public schools, and other social justice issues. ACORN pursues these goals through demonstration, negotiation, lobbying for legislation, and voter participation.[4] ACORN comprises a number of legally distinct non-profit entities including a nationwide umbrella organization established as a 501(c)(4) that performs lobbying; local chapters established as 501(c)(3) nonpartisan charities; and the ACORN Housing Corporation. These entities champion liberal and labor-oriented causes. The organization has been the subject of numerous controversies.

I am not ripping anyone...to my knowledge.
Oh, and Bush is a fool for turning the other cheek on these...charlatans as well if that is what occurred. Though...he has nothing to do with a post about O'bama.
The substance of your post is "the Party Line" from Acorn. If a little more invasive look at the organization is taken, you might find exactly as you have stated. Then again, you might a completely different story more like the one that has recently surfaced? They have been surrounded with reports of underhanded dealings, and abuse for years. Sort of a joke, really. It is flatly amazing they have been allowed to exist.....

My response is in order as they are high lighted;
-you mean voter fraud
-Forcing banks to give out bad loans to people who could not afford a home that lead to alot of the banking problems
-see my last response
-have you seen the decline in pubilc school testing
- you said they are nonpartisan (yea right
-then you said "champion liberal and labor-oriented cause. ok then why did you say the group was nonpartisan then use the term liberal to describe them.

As a side note if they use tax payers money to open a whore house can tax payers write it off as a donation when paying for a BJ? Think then an old man could get his viagra from health coverage and then go get a BJ all on the tax payers dime. Maybe getting old won't be that bad.http://www.thewarpath.net/images/icons/icon10.gif

Acorn has pushed for Comm. Dev. Investment Featured Article - WSJ.com (http://www.opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=110009189) . We ended up with the CRA / Subprime lending . Local News | Seven charged in vote-fraud scheme | Seattle Times Newspaper (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2003808207_votefraud27m.html) They have been involved in voter fraud . My problem aside from these and helping w/ teenage prostitution and tax evation , is there idea of helping the " poor " is to elect people who take from us in the middle class and our small business owners , who create jobs and already pay our fair share of taxes . Acorn is done ,,, finished .

Barney should be in prison for the problems he's caused this nation. However, he'd probably enjoy it.
