I didnt realize that Rush Limbaugh was a nominee in 2007, I guess maybe the NPP still has merit?
Under the right circumstance you are capable of as much evil as Hitler wouldn't you agree?
I allow for the possibility of many things philosophically. I REALLY hope I would hold the line this side of societal extermination.

The litigious Landmark Legal Foundation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landmark_Legal_Foundation) who he is a board member of and is headed by his self-described mentor Mark Levin nominated him. Which is to say he nominated himself and the whole thing was a spectacle (http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=20901).

So you are saying if those efforts had not been made, it would be a better place now?

He did invade two countries, both of which we are still at war with...err...liberating. We did invade two countries , but we are not at war with them , meaning , we are working with the Gov'ts of both Iraq/Afganistan . Those gov'ts are maybe " puppet " , but we are not attemping to rid the earth of Islam/Arabic or Muslims like Hitler attempted to do with Jews . I also doubt anyone in Europe / Russia believes that Nazi-Germany would not have killed the vast majority of them and forced the rest to become Nazi/fascists , which we are not forcing on them . Nice post Saden , enjoy the love my fellow Redskin ....

How are we judging what constitutes better? By death toll? Right to vote? Peace?

My point was that they have giving the award to several people for trying to bring peace to the Middle East (I think the last was Jimmy Carter) but nothing has changed. How long can they keep giving out the award for this cause with no results?

Hilarious.
Speaking of NP winner Al Gore, at least he was actually VP and made a movie to "earn" his award.
The nomination deadline was Feb 1...about 10 days into the Obama Presidency.
That right there tells you how much of a joke the Nobel has become. It's so far away from when it was awarded to men like Albert Einstein.
Alfred Nobel would be ashamed to know how his name has been made into such a farce.
This is like giving the Heisman Trophy to a kid who's still playing High School ball. Sure, he COULD earn it someday, but he hasn't stepped on the college field yet.
It's so ridiculous I can't even be mad about it...nothing but laughs are appropriate.
i completely agree. what a joke that "PRIZE" has become.
