The sad thing about this is that Vinny may be an OK general manager, but given the fact that Snyder is so involved with personnel that you will only assume that Vinny is an idiot and Snyder only gets involved in the bigger deals when it comes to free agents. I am not suggesting for one minute that Cerrato is a genius, but Snyder is using him as his mouthpiece and therefore making Vinny look bad. I guess if Vinny had any self-respect he would quit this job a long time ago. But how hard can it be when you get paid to do what your boss wants and just take the lightning hits for the owner's bad decisions.
