He has to have the humility to get out of the way and let a professional Football GM rebuild this team. The problem is he cant do it. He so wants to be a part of any success that he cant help himself.

He needs to stop thinking like a business man.

be great if we saw the celebrating touchdowns instead of 2 yard gains or making a tackle. get your ass back to the huddle- 1st downs are your job- not an opportunity to party.

not picking on gholston, but yesterday, he made a tackle. then he acted like he had conquered the world and was celebrating. that's his job. moss- same thing. on the rare occasion he makes a first down, he gives this flamboyant 1st down signal. it's his job. gets paid far more than he's delivering. and we have a team full of them. clean house on skilled positions, and draft guys that are 6-6, 325. young hungry guys who won't think they need to celebrate making ONE tackle. you NEVER see cooley doing that crap. make the play, get up, and get back to the huddle. losing weekly to winless teams? there's nothing to celebrate..........

quick follow-up. it's a simple game. my 5 big guys knock your 5 big guys down, i win EVERY TIME. be fine with me if they never threw a pass. nothing prettier than a pulling guard and tackle.............

The Vikings are really playing well right now, but that's not at all a deep team. They can't afford to lose Favre, or Winfield, or Allen, or Kevin Williams, or Bryant McKinney, and still remain competitive. Doubt they do much in the playoffs, or even beat the Bears out for the division. They're investments have been better than our investments, but they're still going to have the same issues down the stretch.

The Giants aren't dominant on the OL this year, but they are better on the outsides.

We do not need to replace our MLB. Was this a typo?

Drew54 - our MLB is great with L.Fletcher, but he's 34 years old. Sure, Blades may be able to step into that role and we have more pressing needs. But MLB is still a concern in the coming years..

Vince Young wouldn’t fit this offense. Of course I don’t know of any QB that does.

DeAngelo Hall is this year's version of Clinton Portis for mouthing off about coaching decisions. He needs to cover his mouth and start covering receivers.
