I don't think you get the big picture? It's like the philosophy that you must have more money as you have more checks in the checkbook. If the budget looks a little tight, we still have more states...right? 57...58...59....CAN I get a 60? firstdown 11-19-2009, 09:28 AM I'm thinking of moving to the 99th District in Puerto Rico. Nice . I heard someone the other night saying " the Gov't creates two jobs by ... having one man break windows , thus creating two jobs , 1) the custodian cleaning the broken glass ,2) the glass man installing the window :) . firstdown 11-19-2009, 12:27 PM Nice . Thats way off. Something like that in goverment would create like 15 jobs. First you have someone making up the laws on how to break the windows, a safty advisor on broken glass, union director, office mgr. of broken glass, site safty advisor, site mgr, site forman, safty inspector, EPA regulator, EPA project mgr., OSAH site advisor, clean up man, EPA disposal director, transportation of hazardous materals director, budw38 11-19-2009, 01:17 PM Thats way off. Meanwhile for 8 months in the middle the people living in the house would be cold because there was a missing window. So then they have to move them to a FEMA truck...which is a whole bunch of other jobs. |
