I say play the rest w/out a kicker seriouslly

Without a kicker what are we going to do when we get in the red zone.

John Hall was a very good kicker before his chronic leg injuries.

He was no better than Suisham, he missed a lot of big FG's too.

Biggs: Saints must put Carney on short leash | National Football Post (http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Biggs-Saints-must-put-Carney-on-short-leash.html)

I guess Carney has been struggling. He hasn't been cut yet, but I could see them releasing Carney if Hartley does well again this weekend. Very strange, yet here we are debating on whether we should keep a floundering kicker, when a 12-0 team have no problems making a switch whatsoever, with their season on the line...

A floundering kicker who at the end of the day is still 18 of 21 on the season.

Carney is 45 years old, has no range, and doesn't kick off, so of course they are looking at cutting him.

I remember Hall plenty. He never had the leg, but the accuracy was there. He was an excellent kicker under 39 yards....

He was injured 4 times in 2004 season, once in 2005, and in 2006 was placed on injured reserve. He was a Joe Gibbs favorite, but injuries severely ended his career.

40-45 yards were iffy at best...45+ forget it. They were smart in getting rid of Hall.

Whats sad is that Suisham was deemed his replacement. He is more like Hall 2.0

He had plenty of leg before the injuries. But yeah, the injuries robbed him of distance.

Oh believe me I do, I had him on my fantasy league at the time. What this team needs is someone like Vinatieri or Gostkowski.

Suisham is 5 accuracy percentage points better than Gostkowski and 10 better than Vinatieri this year. :)

Suisham couldn't be more untimely, though.
