Feel bad for Suisham but you can't miss 23 yarders if you plan on kicking in the NFL.

He single handedly lost us the cowboys game and the saints game. I don't feel bad for him. He has been mediocre at best for us during his career, and he started off well for us this year then the wheels fell off. Good ridance!

I feel bad in the sense that if your going to get rid of one person who made a mistake "supposedly" costing the game then you might as well be fair and get rid of the others as well.

Other then that....Suish was a decent kicker not a great kicker. Basically he was a band aid. If this guy works out and can crush the ball good. Maybe we've solved one problem we won't need to fix for a long time. Hopefully we will be able to spend more quality time looking into OL, QB, RB, and LB.
Kickers aren't Free Safeties though.. and not 1st round picks either.

There is a reason he is not on a team.
There was a reason David Akers couldn't make Carolina or Atlanta, got waived by us, got signed by Philly, sent to Berlin for a year, etc too. I'm sure that some of the other top kickers have had the same situations.

These are kickers we're talking about, not QBs.

Suisham promised to do a chat with us two years ago...and then we never heard from him again...so F him :)
HAHA.. maybe he'll catch on elsewhere, some kickers have taken longer I guess

missing that field goal in dallas to make it a 2 possession game was costly. i dont really blame suisham for that b/c i thought it was out of his range to begin with but that, in and of itself, is an indictment against him.

50 in a dome isn't too much to ask for.. 39 definitely wasn't

If I recall correctly, DeAngelo Hall joined the Skins in Game 9 last year. Down the stretch, the Skins went 2-6 last year.

This year with Hall on the roster, the Skins are 3-9.

My math says that "Playmaker Hall" has been here for and contributed his playmaking skills to a record of 5-15.

I hope the HoF voters have made a note of that for future reference...

Ahhh the joys of 1 on 1 football. DBs are back there several plays a game. Suisham getting paid a mil or so to kick a few FGs and do kickoffs is a pretty good salary in comparison.

Wow, you're honestly blaming Hall for the offense not scoring for half the season to end the last year and half a season to start this year? The defense and Hall, aside from a few plays like against the Panthers has been solid for us. We have not had someone intercepting passes like this for a very long time. He alone increased the defenses turnovers total by a lot.

I guess since Campbell is playing well and Suisham is cut....Landry and Hall are the new scapegoats. Have to blame SOMEONE, right!? :)
