It's going to be the word of a bunch of people against the word of a bunch of other people, and after the emotional high from a strong finish wears off, Snyder is going to make the decision he always wanted to make. Understand that the problem here was that Campbell never meshed with Snyder's vision for his team. It's not that Snyder's a racist or that he's an utter moron, or that he's incapable of learning lessons from the past, it's that he just never imagined Jason Campbell (or a player like Jason Campbell) as a successful quarterback/leader for the Redskins, and nothing he does at the end of a 6-10 season is going to be able to change that perception. Clausen, McCoy, and Bradford all fit Snyder's image of a Redskins quarterback. Just like Cutler and Sanchez did before them. And Patrick Ramsey did before them. Ultimately, Snyder is going to hire someone who will work with the new QB. That's the only certainty here.
