Jackson was just re-signed by the Seahawks, so the Eagles are left with whole bunch of suck as far as remaining free agent WRs are concerned. My biggest fear is that they push to sign McCants. Aside from Darnerien, they're left with Tai Streets, Dez White or Kevin Dyson. That's not really an upgrade over Thrash and Pinkston.
They will almost definitely draft a WR (Reggie Williams, Michael Clayton, Lee Evans or Michael Jenkins).
I think TO has already made enemies in Baltimore so I wouldn't be surprised if he still ends up in Philly via a trade with the Ravens. Legally, the Ravens own his rights... no doubt about it.
As far as Boston is concerned...Reid wouldn't put up with his crap for a minute.

Living in San Diego, I have to weigh in on this. Boston is an amazing physical specimen but unfortunately, his head is seriously messed up. One of the reasons Brees was having a tough time (and there are many) was that Boston wouldn't bother running patterns unless he was primary. It's not hard to cover receivers if they don't move. The local stations used to count the number of plays he took off per game and it was something serious. Boston was motivated two years ago to get out of Arizona and get a big contract. He got both and couldn't give a damn about anything now. he is a cancer for any team.

For the above poster, don't undercut Dez White. I know he's been a disappointment thus far in the NFL, but I think the kid will take off once he gets a QB. Grossman is starting to come around but you don't get a ton of looks with Booker on the other side.

Would you be comfortable going into training camp with Dez as your #1 receiver? I wouldn't.

ESPN the Magazine did an article on him awhile back, I think right after he signed with San Diego. Them were talking about the number of pills he takes daily to keep up that size...it was upwards of 100+. He probably went to the west coast to be closer to Balco.
He is to big to be a productive WR anymore. I know that almost seems like a stupid comment but I really think that his body just isn't able to handle the movements needed to make many catches. his flexablility can't be what it once was. And all that extra weight definately slows him down. He should lose about 25 lbs and he'll be a monster again.

That's just insane.

I'd feel more comfortable with Dez White than James Thrash =p

So apparently the Dolphins are close to finalizing a deal for Boston, but does anyone know what the Chargers are getting in return?

I believe the Fins are offering half an egg salad sandwich on rye, with no pickle ... Chargers trying to talk them into upgrading their offer to pastrami on sliced sourdough and a bag of chips.

I've heard a third round pick in the news, which seems kind of low, for a potential big play reciever. I just hope somebody other than the eagles gets him. I kind of surprised the eagles havn't gone after him.
