I have a question though, if S. Davis and C. Bailey are on this list, WTF isn't Darrell Green on it? didnt Davis and Green leave after the 2002 season and Bailey after the 2003 season?

I think in a decade where the Skins didnt have any really great players Samuels has to get this award for his high level of play and his longevity.

I dont think Portis should be player of the decade. He's only been here since 2004, and he's been very inconsistent.

2004: Good Year, only missed 1 game to injury
2005: Great Year, Playoffs, 16 games
2006: Horrible Year, injured reserve
2007: Solid Year
2008: 1st half great year, second half poor.
2009: Physically Done. Shot. Terrible Year

So out of the 6 seasons Portis has been here, he has been relevant really in only 3 of them.

I would rather go for Chris Samuels or Sean Taylor. Those guys win hands down...

Using your same criteria for CP, Sean Taylor shouldn't get it either. He was only relevant on the field for about 3 years himself. Chris Samuels for me

You know, I'd split my vote if I could between Chris Samuels...and Cornelius Griffin. Griffin was the biggest piece of our best defenses of the decade, and Samuels was the biggest piece of our best offenses of the decade.

Anyone else think Ethan Albright will beat Arrington?

1. Chris Samuels - Guy has been here and the lone bright spot for too many years to not be considered.
2. Sean Taylor - Senseless Tragedy, on his way to being the best safety in the league...right at the top with Ed Reed
3. Chris Cooley - Guy makes plays, consistently considered one of the best TEs in the game and someone I still feel is underrated.
4. Clinton Portis - Guy has come in and despite the less than stellar lines and in his 4 out of 6 injury free years, broke over 1200 yards every year and went over 1500 one year.

Those are my top 4 players..
