He's not perceived to be a playmaker. Fletch is a solid linebacker who consistently accumulates good stats year after year. To be more specific, he's good in pass coverage but not great. Vilma, on the other hand, while he may not be as rounded as Fletcher is considered more of playmaker. Particularly in coverage and defending passes. I think Fletcher is derserving of a Pro Bowl nod this year, but it's obvious they're looking at something different when grading Fletcher. sportscurmudgeon 12-30-2009, 02:53 PM Congratulations to Brian Orakpo.
