I've tried that but I always dip in the jar for toll money.
I've been doing the change thing for about five years now and usually end up with around $400 or so after the year. We take some of the money and go out to a very nice place to eat and take the balance and by something for us around chriatmas.

Get some ginseng and take one capsule per day. It won't eliminate cravings but it sure will reduce them. Ginseng is better than Chantix because it does not have the nasty side-effects and is all-natural. Ginseng is a quitter's best friend.

I'm using Chantix now and its working great for me. It should at around $130 for 4 weeks worth. I'm going to stick with chantix for 2 months and then I might try ginseng for an additional few months just in case. Other then getting a little dehydrated I have not any side effects.
