There is absolutely no reason to keep him in at this point. He can't complete to wide open receivers, the only time he can even see the receivers is when he rolls out and he sure as shit isn't going to get better with age. We're not going to the playoffs anyway so the sooner we start getting comfortable with someone else taking the snaps the better.
