didn't this guy start out on balt??? real good low risk move and a big body to put in the d-line rotation. but if carolina is letting him walk then he must not be right.Carolina missed him badly at the beginning of last year, but by the end, they had figured out who needed to play where, and we're a very productive defense down the stretch without him.

That's probably why they let him walk. Player who was an integral part of their past defense, but his injury necessitated a change in philosophy. And then he really doesn't fit as any more than a spare part.

I was looking back at how he got hurt and apparently he injured himself during the first 30 minutes into the first day of camp. No contact involved.

Talk about a freaky thing.

Oh, another name for him would be, KemoEATU. I'm lovin this guy already.

Yeah, it was simular to Jon Jansen's injury, no contact, his ankle just caved in. Chris Cooley's injury last year was one of those non-contact injuries as well.

It's used all across the league

a LB just comes in and lines up outside on the line, they don't shift back into the 4-3 alignment

i googled the term and came up with no hits, so i can't beleive the term is used all across the league.

i get what it is - i just think using that terminology is like saying we'll run a 4-3 defense with a 5 man front because one of the linebackers is lined up on the line. its the terminology that was confusing - not the actual act.

What term did you search exactly?

I want someone to go with "FindingNemo" "NemoSkins" "ShowNemoney"..if he gets resigned or.."Nemointhemiddle"

If he develops cancer, they'll give him Kemo-therapy.

When he visits Japan, he wears a Kemo-no.

Of course, in the Tibetan language, a Kemo is a female dog, i.e., a bitch.

yeah if you think of it literally it's confusing

think of 3-4 being just the alignment/positioning of the players, the d-line on a 3-4 will be in diff spots than 4-3, even if you took a guy out of the 4-3

it's just how they're lined up and the personnel used

I wish this guy wasn't hurt. Haynesworth has been too much of a headache already but, the money is right.

This has the potential to be a great deal/acquistion.

Beat me to it. Odd decision in my mind, considering he apparently can't even pass a physical at this point

this reaks of mike williams, ss you got any word of the skins hosting some sort of nfl biggest loser?
