Hulk Hogan still wrestles in the TNA league. Now correct me if I am wrong but his brother Holk died in a car accident in the early 80's.

Yep...Holk would impersonate his more famous brother at events where the real Hulk Hogan couldn't be there....He had a prosthetic leg too that was cleverly hidden beneath his boot.
