Look at Marion Barber...only 26 but beaten down like Portis, yet is in a RRBC now and they can't get more than a 5th for him. They just extended him because they can't trade him. He has had nagging injuries his first 3 years in the league, so he is a risk, but Maroney has far fewer carries than Portis had at a similar stage in his career.
