a WR means nothing w/o an OL to protect the QB who delivers the pass to him. Just ask Calvin Johnson

People act as if building a team is a purely linear type of progression. First you get all your OL, then all your RBs, then all your WR. They're trying to improve the team, and WR is a spot of great need. I realize OL has priority over WR -- but that doesn't mean we should ignore WR. Give Kyle the tools he needs, we certainly don't have anything even close to an Andre Johnson on this team now.

How do you implement your offensive scheme without an OL though?

Get all the skill players you want they won't be able to be effective if the average time of your plays is less than 3 seconds due to hurries and pressure to your QB.

Teams need to walk before they can run. You need to see what you're good at first by giving your skill players room to operate. That's when your going to find out your offense's strengths and weaknesses and go about building your overall scheme.

Also, didn't we address our WR's already in the draft two years ago? That's just a plain careless waste of value to not even give these guys a chance in this new system.

just take a look at my sig

Your stats are still wrong for one year.

B Marshall stats the last 3 seasons
2009- 101 catches 1120 yards
2008- 104 catches 1265 yards
2007- 102 catches 1120 yards

I personally find it hard to believe that he got the exact same amount of yards in two years.
