Yeah, you know what else I see a lot of that were popular about 15 years ago? Croakies. (http://www.croakies.com/) Mostly on dweebs that look like high dollar frat boys wearing silly colored shorts that are too short, deck shoes, and some kind of polo (pink or yellow usually, collar sometimes popped) to compliment their neon shades. Chances are they've got big waspy looking hair in desperate need of a cut. It's such a style fail.
