^^ Sounds like eagles fans when they drafted McNabb.
I don't like the value clubs are getting for players at this point.
AH may bring good compensation, but at this point I believe that the Redskins aren't going to get much in return for many of the players on our roster at this point.

yeah....if we can only get a 5th rounder for haynesworth...i'd much rather keep him.

I agree. All the teams except the fins move for Marshall, appear to be going cheap, no one is giving up any high picks or spending a lot on vets. Looks like the owners are preparing for tougher times w/the possible lockout & keeping draft picks.

You can't say that they were wrong for thinking that way. Ted Ginn is no longer with the team and we'll never no if Quinn would hvae panned out in Miami either. Ironically neither player is currently with the team that drafted them.

I do agree with them, Ginn was a horrible pick...but I can still laugh at their reactions.

This is a guy Snyder liked a lot back in 2007...a lot...but I don't believe he was pushing anyone in the organization to sign him.
Either way, I wouldn't have expected both Holmes and Ginn to get traded for 5th rounders
you and me both, seems crazy, i really think the 9ers are gonna be a real contender this year the nfc is such a crap heap

Ginn was a terrible pick. Even with hindsight showing us what Quinn is we can say that Quinn was a better pick. At least with Quinn it looks like you're really trying. Picking Ginn was a complete head-scratcher. Why take a WR when you don't have a QB to throw to him? Weird pick.

But but but, they got John Beck......he was pretty good. They really did a horrible job though with that pick. Not only did they completely flop on the first round reciever but both Sidney Rice and Steve Smith were available when they picked in the second round. Of course both of those guys are very dependent on their QB play and can't make their own numbers like a Calvin Johnson but Ted Ginn was also viewed as someone that was going to need very good QB play to put up any sort of numbers.

In any case it was a bad value pick.
