nope your wrong we will cut riley before the 53 man roster and trade trent williams for b campbell

LOL, you are so right! Silly that I would think the coaching staff might have a better idea of what they need then me here on my computer! I think next year the Skins should just have a live draft poll, and us fans can pick the players!

He may not be a pro bowler...and we may have more OL but any with raw ability, agility speed that is 1st round grade level.
You cannot train physcial ability...you can certainly train technique.

well if a guy is trainable you can train technique, but there is a lot of question as to whether a guy who plays bad for years at Md is actually capable of being trained up.

I was just going to ask if the Skins thought he would not get drafted or would fall farther down. Again my only concern was the experts said he doesn't bend his knees and gets beat because of it. He would have to work on that as well as learn to block from the other side. That might have been a stretch for him. But I would have prefered they take an actual RT over Riley.

They must be happy with the thought of using the other Tackles we have on the right side.

Are you kidding me?
How hard is it to teach technique at the pro level....UGH...

and regarding who is RT....exactly.

Seeing that there are alot of players that still suck after all this "technique" training. Its not as easy as you think.

I can't believe jc hasn't been traded yet.. Buf or oak should have gave us a 4th for him. Hell he may end up being cut after all

Giants just got Phillip Dillard ILB from Nebraska....If we wanted one, we should have gotten that guy...who do you think is better at drafting defensive talent?
Skins or the Giants....hmmm....his issues were injury related

Riley may be a good player. Campbell and OT is a greater need but looking at Cambells tape he looked very bad. Head down, slow and very little drive. But what the Riley pick said to me this is a team with so many needs that one draft with 4 picks isn't going to make this team a play-off team! To make it to the play-offs we need much more... 2 OL[RT&G] RB[next draft] ,QB[next draft] ,NT and LB. If this team makes to 8-8 that will be something! The OL is bad and changing our D to a 3-4 makes it even harder to win in 2010. Face facts we are a few years away from winning the NFC east!

I think next year the Skins should just have a live draft poll, and us fans can pick the players! We might have done better then Vinny! Lets face it Vinny and Dan S killed this team with trading away picks and bad picks! Its going to take at least 2 more draft to get us a play-off team!

I was going to vote other for a return man DB or a tweener DE/LB, and that was the pick. They have to move forward assuming Rocky is going to hold out, so grab a guy to replace him, or someone who will develop while we use our current DE/LB type(Wilson)

I think all of our picks will be for Special teams players and development players. Campbell would have been a fine development pick, but actually the OL is sort of crowded with all of the right tackles on the roster(Heyer, Hicks, Rinehart, and BMW)
